Purpose of the Website: Management of attendance confirmations (RSVP) and provision of logistical information regarding the Wedding Event on October 9th to 11th, 2026.

This website is exclusively intended for wedding guests.
2. COOKIE POLICY
Given the limited and functional purpose of the website (RSVP), it uses exclusively strictly necessary technical cookies.
What they are: these are small files required for the website's correct functioning and session management (e.g., login or form completion). Pursuant to Section 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, they do not require prior user consent.
This website does not use profiling, marketing, or statistical analysis cookies (Analytics).
3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED (RSVP)
Personal data (ordinary and special categories) are processed by the Couple for the following purposes:

4. COMMUNICATION AND DATA SHARING
The data provided by the guest (Section 3) are processed internally by the Couple and will be communicated exclusively to the following parties, solely to enable the performance of the services they are contracted for and are functional to the event:
- Event Planner: for general coordination, logistical management, and printing of the seating plan.
- Essential service providers (e.g., Catering, Transportation provider, Venue): Only the data strictly necessary for the execution of their specific service will be communicated (e.g., the name list for the seating plan or dietary requests to the Catering company).
These parties will act as Data Processors (appointed by the Couple) or as independent Data Controllers, depending on the contractual relationship established.
5. Data retention period and Data subject rights
Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the organization and execution of the event. They will be deleted within 90 following the wedding date, except where retention is required for legal or administrative purposes.
The guest, as the data subject, may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR (e.g., access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) at any time by sending a communication to the contact address specified in Section 1.
