(herein after the "Couple" or “Data Controllers").
The processing of this data is strictly limited to the performance of duties necessary for managing the invitations, organizing the event, and ensuring the correct provision of related services.
2. Data controllers
The Data Controllers of the personal data are the future Couple and/or the natural or legal person technically managing the data collection on their behalf.

3. Types of data processed
The data collected through the RSVP portal and processed for the indicated purposes include:

Identifying and contact data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.

Essential data for the Event: attendance confirmation (RSVP), any food allergies or intolerances, menu preferences, and necessary accommodation or transportation needs.

Children or companion data: names of any accompanying guests or minors, where provided.
No special categories of personal data are processed, with the exception of data concerning allergies/intolerances, which is treated based on the necessity to protect vital interests (art. 9.2.c GDPR) and is minimized only for catering suppliers.

5. Methods of processing and retention period
Data is processed using electronic and paper tools, adopting appropriate security measures.
Data will be stored for the time strictly necessary for the organization and execution of the Event. Generally, data will be retained up to 6 months after the wedding date, after which it will be securely deleted, save for any data required to comply with legal obligations or for defense in legal proceedings.
6. Data recipients (communication to vendors)
Personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients, strictly as necessary for the execution of the services they are contracted to provide:

Essential vendors involved in the execution of the Event:

Catering/restaurant services: Exclusively data related to the number of participants and dietary needs (allergies/intolerances).

Logistics and transportation: contact data and number of participants for organizing transfers..

Venue/Accommodation: Essential data for access or room booking.

Public Authorities, in case of a legal obligation.
7. Images and video processing
This Policy does not cover photographs and video footage taken during the event. Any dissemination of images or videos by commissioned photographers/videographers or by the Couple themselves will be governed by copyright law and specific releases/consents that may be requested or provided on-site, under the provisions of Italian law (artt. 96 e 97 l. 633/1941 e art. 10 c.c.).
8. Rights of the guests
Guests may exercise their rights under the GDPR at any time (right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, withdrawal of consent, where applicable) by sending a communication to the email address indicated in Section 2. Guests also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Authority.
9. Nature of provision
The provision of essential data (name, RSVP, any allergies) is necessary for the proper management of the invitation and participation in the Event. Refusal to provide this data makes it impossible for the Couple to ensure guaranteed attendance and the proper provision of organized services.
